 Rhonda may be many things, but she’s definitely not your average southern belle. In fact, there’s nothing average about her at all. Imbued with an innate love for art, which she blames on her late grandfather, who “was a famous woodcarver and made puppets for the ‘60s Kukla, Fran & Ollie and the Howdy Doody shows, “Rhonda fell victim to needle and ink about 11 years ago, when she got tattooed by her former sister-in-law. Autumne, who currently works at Wild Card in Delaware. “It was a humming bird on my shoulder,” she says, “and I’m dying for her to re-do it.”

Still drawing the south
The last time we told you about Rhonda, waaay back in ’02, she owned and tattooed out of her shop, Southern Draw in Sevierville, Tennessee, and didn’t carry quite as much ink on her skin.
